At the start, we establish your immediate priorities, key constraints, and near-term objectives.
Each month, you and your advisor decide the most valuable areas of focus. Sessions are used to work through challenges, evaluate options, and set practical next steps.
You stay responsible for implementing recommendations and running the business. Aukiva provides strategic guidance, independent perspective, and access to resources rather than day-to-day execution.
Six months, by design.
The program is intentionally limited to six months, or until the company completes a qualifying capital event, whichever comes first.
The objective is to support founders through an important early stage and, where appropriate, prepare the business for a more comprehensive operating partnership.
At the end, companies may be invited to transition into Aukiva's formal advisory or embedded operating services under a separate agreement. There is no obligation to continue.
